Can I return an item?
We aim for your complete satisfaction with your LaLamour purchase. Should you wish to return an item, you may do so within the legally stipulated period of 14 days from receipt. The item must be unworn, undamaged and clean, ideally in its original, undamaged packaging. Please ensure that all tags and labels remain attached where possible.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Let's consider the environmental impact of the fashion industry. Together, we can contribute to making the world a better place. Please shop mindfully and aim to minimize returns. The Netherlands has one of the highest return rates in Europe, which significantly impacts the environment. Therefore, at LaLamour, returns are not free, and you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs of your package.

How long does it take to process my return?
The refund for your return will be processed within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse, and will be credited to the original account used for payment.
Let op: een retourzending is op eigen risico, dus bewaar altijd de track & trace code tot je retour is afgehandeld!
Can I exchange my item?
Het is helaas niet mogelijk om items om te ruilen voor een andere maat. Wil je toch graag een andere maat bestellen? Retourneer het betreffende artikel en plaats dan een nieuwe bestelling voor de juiste maat. Stuur ons een mailtje dat je een nieuwe bestelling plaatst omdat je een andere maat wilt kiezen. Wij zorgen dan dat de betaling van het geretourneerde artikel met voorrang wordt teruggestort.
