What payment methods do you accept?
You can securely pay for your online order with the following methods: iDEAL, SOFORT Banking, PayPal, and credit card.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Haven't received your confirmation email? It might have ended up in your spam folder. If not, please check that you entered the correct email address. If you're still having trouble, please contact our customer service.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please review your order carefully before proceeding with payment. If any item is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a refund.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be dispatched no later than the following day! Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping within the Netherlands is free.
For international orders, free shipping is available for orders over €100.
For orders under €100, the shipping costs are as follows:
€12.50 within the European Union
€25 outside the European Union
Which size should I order?
By using your own measurements, you can find the best-fitting size. If you're unsure, please get in touch with our customer service team.
The following size chart serves as a guide to help you choose the correct size. Since every body is unique, the fit may vary from person to person.
A) BUST
Measure around the fullest part of your chest/bust with your arms relaxed at your sides.
B) WAIST
Measure your natural waist, which is the narrowest part of your waistline, located above your navel and below your rib cage.
C) HIPS
Measure around the fullest part of your hips. Be mindful that the fullest part may vary in visibility depending on whether you're facing forward or from the side.
Please bear in mind that garments made from jersey stretch fabric offer greater flexibility in fit compared to woven fabrics. Avoid wearing woven fabrics too tightly to prevent seam stress.
Can I return an item?
We aim for your complete satisfaction with your LaLamour purchase. Should you wish to return an item, you may do so within the legally stipulated period of 14 days from receipt. The item must be unworn, undamaged and clean, ideally in its original, undamaged packaging. Please ensure that all tags and labels remain attached where possible.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Let's consider the environmental impact of the fashion industry. Together, we can contribute to making the world a better place. Please shop mindfully and aim to minimize returns. The Netherlands has one of the highest return rates in Europe, which significantly impacts the environment. Therefore, at LaLamour, returns are not free, and you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs of your package.

How long does it take to process my return?
The refund for your return will be processed within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse, and will be credited to the original account used for payment.
Please note: returning items is at your own risk, so be sure to keep the tracking number until your return has been processed!
Can I exchange my item?
Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate exchanges for different sizes. If you would like to order a different size, please return the item and proceed with a new order for the correct size. Kindly notify us via email that you are placing a new order due to size preferences. We will expedite the refund process for the returned item accordingly.
