Definitions & Applicability 

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of Lalamour BV, unless Lalamour BV agrees to different terms in writing.

  • No rights can be derived for future transactions from any agreed deviations.
  • Accepting an offer and placing an order implies that you accept the applicability of these terms and conditions.

Prices & Costs

  • All prices listed on the Lalamour BV website include 21% VAT.
  • Shipping within the Netherlands is free. For international orders, shipping is free for orders over €100. For orders under €100, the shipping costs are as follows: within the European Union: €12.50 and outside the European Union: €25.
  • Until the agreement has been concluded, Lalamour BV reserves the right to change prices and other terms and conditions.

Deliveries

  • Lalamour BV aims to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 day.
  • If items have a longer delivery time or are (temporarily) unavailable, you will be notified by email within a few days.
  • Lalamour BV is not liable for delays caused by courier services.
  • Lalamour BV is not liable for any damage resulting from exceeding the announced delivery times.
  • Lalamour BV takes great care when receiving orders and shipping ordered items. However, it may happen that an order is not delivered or is incomplete. You must report this within 7 days of receiving the items. The delivery will then be supplemented or redone at the expense of Lalamour BV if necessary.

Payment Options

  • The purchase and sale agreement is concluded when you accept the offer and meet the corresponding conditions. Until the receipt of this acceptance has been confirmed by email, the customer can cancel the agreement.
  • The amount due can be paid via iDEAL, Visa and MasterCard, PayPal, and Sofort banking.
  • When paying with Visa or MasterCard, Lalamour BV reserves the right to check if the card is valid, if there is sufficient spending limit for the purchase amount, and if your address details are correct.
  • For payments with iDEAL, the internet checkout of Mollie is used.
  • For payments with Visa or MasterCard, Mollie is used. This payment provider handles the transactions.

Complaints & Returns

  • We strive to deliver a perfect product to you. Lalamour BV recommends inspecting the delivered items immediately upon receipt. If the ordered items do not meet your expectations, please notify us by email. Lalamour BV will always try to resolve any problems or complaints in consultation with you and in the best possible way.
  • If no written objections are received by Lalamour BV within 7 days, Lalamour BV assumes that it has fully met its obligations.
  • You have the right to return the items delivered by Lalamour BV within 14 days of receipt. During the 14-day reflection period, you must handle the items and packaging carefully. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to decide whether you wish to keep it.
  • You return the item(s) within the reflection period in the original packaging to our return address: LaLamour, De Trompet 1324, 1967DA Heemskerk. The costs of return shipping are in all cases at your own expense.
  • If the items are unused and undamaged and are returned in time and correctly, Lalamour BV will refund the purchase price (including any shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
  • If the items delivered by Lalamour BV are not returned within 14 days of receipt, the items are considered accepted.
  • Lalamour BV accepts no liability for any damage resulting from the use of the products of Lalamour BV. Any liability of Lalamour BV, its staff, and the products of Lalamour BV for all damage, of any kind, direct or indirect, is excluded. Lalamour BV is also not liable for damage caused by third parties in the execution of the agreement. Lalamour BV is also not liable for damage caused by third parties in the execution of the agreement.
  • The liability of Lalamour BV is always limited to a maximum of the purchase price of the relevant item.

 Privacy

  • Lalamour BV Lalamour BV respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide is treated confidentially. Your personal data will be used for processing the order.
  • In addition to executing orders, the data will be used, exclusively with your permission, for marketing purposes and to maintain the customer relationship with you.
  • The data will never be made available to third parties unless they are involved in executing your order.

Applicable Law

Dutch law exclusively applies to the agreement and these general terms and conditions.
