Orders that are placed before 15:00 will be send the same day!

Orders within The Netherlands are free, for orders to foreign customers free shipping applies starting at 100 euros.

For orders below the 100 euros total, shipping fees will be as followed:

– Within the European Union it is: 12,50 euros.

– Outside of the European Union it is 25 euros.

Payments:

Payment can be done by banktransfer, ideal, sofort, paypal and creditcard.

Return Items:

Returning items is possible within 30 days, we do not reimburse postal fees for returned items. The item needs to be unworn and in pristine condition. It is required to supply a valid track&trace code for every returned item.

Warranty and Repair

We care deeply about our products and logically do our best to deliver them in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that allows you to claim under warranty. We offer a 30 day warranty after purchasing the product. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge. Fill in the contact form and we will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
